10. Package Receipt and Handling Authorization

Clients authorize A Happy Host LLC to receive, open, inspect, and handle packages delivered for the purpose of providing setup, staging, or other contracted services. This may include removal of packaging, minor assembly, transport to and from the property, and secure storage of items. We take reasonable care with all items but are not liable for damage due to manufacturer defects, improper packaging, or courier mishandling.


11. Confidentiality & Proprietary Information

All materials, including reports, documents, templates, and recommendations shared with clients are proprietary. Clients may not reuse, resell, or distribute them without written permission.


12. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13. If we become aware of such data being collected, it will be deleted immediately.


13. International Data Transfers

Our services are primarily based in the U.S. We do not knowingly collect or transfer data outside the U.S. If we work with international clients, we will take reasonable steps to comply with applicable laws.


14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution. If that fails, the matter may be submitted to mediation or arbitration prior to litigation.
